• To exceed rate limits or abuse infrastructure resources.
• You are responsible for moderating outputs generated through the API and for implementing usage controls that prevent misuse.

3. Data Handling & Privacy

• You are responsible for all data you send to and receive from the API.
• You must ensure you have appropriate consent and legal basis for processing user data via the API.
• We may log and analyze API requests and responses to monitor abuse, improve performance, and ensure compliance.
• We do not store personal user data long-term unless required for debugging, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

4. Security

• You must keep your API keys and credentials secure and confidential.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your credentials or API access.

5. Attribution and Disclosure

• If you integrate the API into a product or service that outputs chatbot-generated responses, you must clearly disclose to end users that responses are AI-generated. You may not mislead users into believing the outputs are human-created unless appropriate disclosure is made.

6. Rate Limits and Fair Use

We may impose limits on API usage (requests per minute, daily usage, etc.). You agree to respect these limits. Excessive or abusive usage may result in throttling, suspension, or termination.

7. Ownership and IP Rights
