Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription or services by contacting us at support@kalrav.ai
Cancellation requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment
- Failed transaction with amount deducted
- Service not delivered due to technical issues caused by us
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be applicable for:
- Change of mind
- Partial usage of services
- Violation of platform policies
- Services already delivered or consumed
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
